...anyone seriously doubt that other papers have been up to similar tricks? All in the public interest of course.
Update: James from SCOT Goes POP! has admirably ferretted out a copy of the video at the New Statesman that should be viewable in the UK.

In a way I feel a little sorry for Murdoch when I see the list of papers which have had complaints. The Mirror Group has far more complaints against it followed by the DM.
As for Gordon Brown and his crocodile tears - I won't go there.
You're all heart SR! Can't say I feel too sorry for Murdoch. Hopefully the rest of the media moguls will be getting their turn in the spotlight soon.
